Privacy Policy
What we collect. When you make a purchase, Stripe collects your name, email address, billing address, and payment details. We receive only your name and email — no card numbers or financial data ever touch our servers.
How we use it. Your name and email are used solely to deliver your purchase and, if needed, to respond to support requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Email communications. After purchase you will receive one transactional email containing your download link. We may occasionally send product updates or new drop announcements. You can opt out at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any email or contacting support@therealtortoolkit.net.
Cookies & tracking. We use Cloudflare to serve and protect this site, and Stripe for payment processing. We also use cookieless analytics to measure site traffic. If Meta Pixel is enabled, it tracks page views and purchase events for advertising optimization — you can decline this when you first visit the site, or clear your cookies to be re-prompted.
Data retention. Purchase records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years). You may request deletion of your marketing data at any time.
Third-party processors. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., which operates under its own privacy policy.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are offered on digital products.
Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once the download link has been issued. This policy is consistent with standard digital goods sales practice.
Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is considered fraud. We maintain full transaction records and will contest all fraudulent disputes.
Terms of Sale
By completing a purchase on therealtortoolkit.net you agree to the following:
- You are purchasing a personal, non-transferable licence to use the digital product for your own professional real estate activities.
- You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the product publicly (e.g. on social media, forums, or file-sharing sites).
- The download link is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Contact support if your link has expired and you have not yet downloaded your files.
- Products are provided “as-is.” We make no guarantees of specific business outcomes from use of our prompts or materials.
- We reserve the right to update product content. Existing buyers receive updates at no additional cost when notified by email.
